LIGHT PROMENADE
Performances at 6pm and 8.30pm
Metallic, warm, nostalgic – an invitation to come and listen to the sounds of LIGHT as we illuminate the Leas Cliff Hall with voices, instruments and sound scapes.
With over 100 performers across the entire iconic Leas Cliff Hall space – this is an opportunity to enjoy music that ranges from the traditionally classic New World Symphony, through the stomping glory of Barn’s Courtney’s Glitter and Gold, to Sally Whitwell’s ethereal choral work O Wisdom.
Tickets are free, but must be pre-booked as audience numbers are limited.
LIGHT is a collaboration between Fat Lady Opera, MASC Charity, Shepway Choirs, Folkestone Community Players and Strange Cargo. The project is funded by ACE Lottery funding and Folkestone Town Council.
