Folkestone First Timers – Season 2 Launch

We are very very excited to announce Folkestone First Timers is BACK for its second season👏👏👏

After our summer break we will be back helping the good people of Folkestone (& surrounding areas) to learn an instrument, join a band and play a gig. Come along and meet our tutors and have a go at an instrument – we will have Keyboards, Drums, Bass Guitar and Electric Guitar. You can take yourself back to being a teenager and wishing to be in the coolest band ever (…..insert your favourite teenage band here…).

We are also thrilled that some of the musicians (yes if you play an instrument live you are a musician) from season 1 will be performing on the night. They were just ordinary folk once but now are musical heroes.

This is a free event but we will be collecting donations if you would like to support us. Folkestone First Timers is a non-profit Community Interest Group company and all money raised is spent on local businesses and tutors. In Season 1 over 99% of all money was spent right here in Folkestone.
