Fly on the Wall Pro Songwriting Free Workshop – Tim Smith, Sophia Stutchbury & Flo Glen – Seaview Studio
Saturday, 11 May 2024⋅12:00 – 3:00pm

Be a fly on the wall whilst a pro songwriting workshop takes place. Designed specifically for you to see how songs are crafted in a professional collaboration set-up. Writing teams can vary from 1 – 15 writers on a track but 3 can often be the magic number so we are bringing together 3 experienced, released and signed writers from Folkestone to create a song in the moment in front of you so you can see the process that these artists go through.

There will be a follow up workshop on the same day, after this initial session which will encourage you to draw on the techniques used in order to create or at least start your own track and get the ball rolling. You may be a beginner wanting valuable insight to songwriting or you may be an experienced pro that just wants inspiration and ideas for your future creations. Either way you’ll draw much from the sessions.

Tim Smith aka Technical Finger is a seasoned music producer, songwriter, DJ and engineer with over 20 years in the industry. With international radio plays and clients that include BBC TV, BBC Radio, ITV, Channel 4 TV, Ministry of Sound and more!

Sophia Stutchbury is a dynamic singer, songwriter, and vocal coach with a diverse musical background.
