The Big Music Takeover & Young Animators Club: Winterland
Musician Randolph Matthews and Animator Lydia Hibbert will spend Autumn half-term working with groups of young people in Block 67 on a brand-new animated game. Inspired by the winter season in Folkestone, Winterland will be available to download and play online over the festive season plus, for one night only, it will be projected as a film onto the back of Quarterhouse to play in giant form!
It doesn’t matter if you’re a noob or a pro, wrap up warm and come along to Payers Park to try your hand at getting to the top level or just come along and let the fantastic animations and specially composed soundtrack ease you into the winter spirit. Brrrr! Wrap up warm, grab a hot chocolate or a mulled wine from The Clearing and watch from Payers Park.
Duration : 10 minute film playing on a loop on the big screen at the back of Quarterhouse until 7.15pm.
