Compass Music C.I.C presents…
⭐️ WE CAN BE BOWIE, JUST FOR ONE DAY ⭐️
A. Charity fundraiser night at Speedway, Folkestone
Saturday 10 January 2026 · Doors 7pm · Curfew 1am
A one-night-only Bowie celebration of music, community and being unapologetically yourself.
This special fundraiser marks 10 years since David Bowie’s passing, and also honours Debbie “The Red Queen”, Speedway co-founder and a true local legend who passed away 2 years ago from cancer, but whose spirit still lives in the venue. We’re gathering to sing, dance, dress up (if you fancy it), and raise as much money as possible for a family run small charity, the Caron Keating Foundation, chosen by Speedway.
This night is powered by community and a desire to give back and help; the musicians, DJs and sound engineer are all volunteering their time and skills so the maximum can go to the charity.
What to expect

A relaxed social hour. Come early if you’re new to town, coming solo, or making a “meet more like-minded people” resolution.

After the bands – 1:00am
