Lucy May Walker (Host)
Folkestone based Singer/Songwriter Lucy May began her music career by busking on the streets and train stations of London. She was discovered there by BBC Radio 2’s Jeremy Vine who helped catapult her career by inviting Lucy to perform live on both his Radio and TV show. Lucy May has supported the likes of Lucy Spraggan, Tony Hadley & Texas as well as selling out numerous UK tours of her own.
Thomas Ashby
Fusing jazz, folk, and blues, Thomas Ashby crafts a sound that’s both intimate and powerful. His music has taken him from the UK to global stages, earning airplay on BBC Radio 2 and Radio X.Following the success of his album Better—launched with a sell-out show at Servant Jazz Quarters in London—Thomas returns with a bold new sound.
Anarcadian
Hailing from Margate, Anarcadian bring a distinctive blend of infectious rhythms and sharp, socially observant songwriting to the Writer’s Round. Their sound weaves together diverse musical styles, shaped by a deeply humanist and ecological perspective.
In a world that often feels increasingly chaotic, Anarcadian offer a refreshing counterpoint—songs filled with insight, warmth, and optimism. It’s music that invites reflection and lifts the spirit, leaving audiences both thoughtful and inspired.
