Influential avant-garde artist Jarboe, and former member of the legendary Swans, will embark on a UK and European tour in May 2026, presenting a truly unique and powerful collaboration alongside multi-instrumentalist Thor Harris (ex-Swans, Shearwater) and vocalist/composer Joy Von Spain (Eye of Nix).
Jarboe’s live set, an immersive experience forged across decades of boundary-pushing music, will draw from her deep catalogue of industrial, experimental and atmospheric works. The trio will also debut two ambient pieces from her forthcoming album, “Sightings”. The performance is a unique union of ritual, sound and raw emotion, showcasing three distinct voices from the experimental underground working in transformative harmony.
Black Bordello is a London-based art-rock band fronted by Sienna Bordello, known for their genre-defying, theatrical live shows and music that blends alternative rock, post-punk, vaudeville, and gothic rock. Their sound is characterized by its macabre and fragmented lyricism, which is often compared to artists like Kate Bush and Siouxsie Sioux. The band’s themes often explore metaphysical and fantastical concepts, as seen in their album White Bardo, which deals with themes of transformation and the space between life and rebirth.
Musical style: A mix of art-rock, post-punk, vaudeville, and gothic rock, with influences from avant-garde and cinematic storytelling.
