Blair Jollands writes songs that live between emotional songwriting and cinematic scope. An independent songwriter with a sharp instinct for story driven songwriting, his work favours honesty over resolution and feeling over polish.
His album Little Comet, released in March 2025, is his most focused statement to date. Written between touring and moments of stillness, the record explores love, grief and reflection with restraint and clarity. These are intimate songs shaped by lived experience, rooted in what is said and what remains unsaid.

I have birthed Dr DeAtHbOnEs & ThE SkiN SuiTs in order to give support to Blair Jollands, and this has been fun. Expect nothing and you’ll hopefully be surprised. What you will get is songs you may not know, and versions you may not recognise, we are a combination of Neil Bob Herd’s Dirty Little Acoustic Band, Crimson Medici, and a stick insect wearing a suit and hat. If that isn’y enticing enough, there’ll be cabbages along the bar should you wish to express your dissaproval. Enjoy!
