Abi Orfila is an upcoming Singer-Songwriter / Country-Rock artist from UK. She is currently part of the Country Music scene as a solo artist and previously with her sibling trio band “ORFILA”. Abi’s original music has been featured on BBC Radio and BBC Introducing as “Track Of The Day” twice. Abi has performed at festivals including C2C / Country to Country at The O2 Arena in London, Black Deer Festival, Buckle & Boots, BCMA The Cavern Club Liverpool, Smoked & Uncut Festival & MTV Gibraltar Calling. Abi has shared stages with James Arthur, Newton Faulkner, Rita Ora, The Vamps, KT Tunstall, Jess Glynne, The Script, Stereophonics, Supergrass & Ashley Campbell.
Abi’s music has scored Top 10 in the UK Country iTunes chart and she has toured and recorded at The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Abi released her first single as a solo artist “A Million Lies” which featured on Country-Line Radio & BBC Radio Stations with Pat Marsh and Dominic King. Abi’s single “Here I Come” is a powerful Country-Rock song written by Abi on piano. Within the first week of the
release, the song was featured on BBC Introducing as “Track Of The Week” for International Women’s Day. The recorded version features Take That / ELO Bass player Lee Pomeroy and Suzi Quatro’s guitarist Jamie Crompton. The song was chosen to be featured on QH Sounds (media platform) Volume 2 CD after being shortlisted and featured in stores including HMV and Rough Trade in Kent and London.
Abi is currently touring in a musical group known as “The Americana Revue.” This show features artists including Ben Mills, a former contestant on the X-Factor, as well as Harry James and Chris Childs, members of the renowned British rock band Thunder.
