We’re heading straight back to the golden age of psychedelia next Saturday — join The Liquorice Experiment, Keller-Tones, and The Shindigs for an unforgettable night at 20th Century Speedway.
Headlining the evening is The Liquorice Experiment — a UK based outfit who channel the fire and fuzz of the mid-’60s garage-psych explosion. Formed in London around 2016, they’ve earned a reputation for raw, dynamic live shows dripping with vintage swagger. With a debut album tracked straight to analog tape and a sound that bridges Spain and Britain, they’re ready to take you on a no-holds-barred trip through beat-driven hooks, fuzz-soaked riffs, and wild psychedelic mayhem.
Main support comes from Keller-Tones — a hard-hitting 1960s-style trio channelling the spirited energy of early British rock’n’roll and the Hamburg beat era. Expect twanging guitar lines, tight rhythms, and a stripped-back vintage sound,.
Opening the night are Folkestone favourites The Shindigs — a Kent-based cover outfit with a knack for transforming rock classics and party anthems into electrifying live moments. Expect crowd-pleasing energy and big local spirit to kick things off in style.
Doors swing open at 7:30 pm — tickets are just £8, so grab yours and come see what all the fuss is about.
