A night of electronic force and left-field energy at 20th Century Speedway, bringing together three acts doing genuinely interesting things with sound.
CUL ZAG
Brace for impact: CUL ZAG crash through with a bulldozer of synths and drums, born in the Glasgow underground and now wiring their chaos straight out of Bologna. Alien textures, sharp angles, and a rhythm section that hits like a factory malfunction — they don’t play shows, they detonate them.
Fire Pony
Fire Pony return to Speedway, bringing there neon-soaked synthwave and instrumental rock into a single glowing surge — we’re excited to see more of their cinematic atmosphere and retro-future energy.
LineLock
Fresh out of Controlled Voltage, LineLock brings a wired-up mix of jungly breaks, Prodigy-coded chaos and live hardware improvisation. Half DJ, half mad-scientist operator — twisting knobs, triggering synths and firing off grooves that sit somewhere between rave nostalgia and experimental noise. Groovy, danceable, unpredictable.
Doors at 7.30pm. Three projects with very different approaches, all worth hearing up close.
