The Noel Redding Project are holding a ‘Celebration of Noel Redding’ at Market Square on the 11th May.
This is to commemorate Noel’s passing.
2 local groups, the Concords who knew Noel, and will play a selection of Vintage Rock and Roll, starting at 6.15
Followed by DropZone 4. who also knew Noel, and playing a selection of Blues songs, including Thin Lizzy, Clapton, and Jimi Hendrix, as well as selection of hits from the 60s-onwards.
There also a fabulous raffle, top prize being 2 tickets for the three day event, kindly donated for the outstanding:’ A new Day Festival in Kent’…. as well as T shirts, badges, and bags for sale .

All proceeds go towards the Noel Redding project , and the statue we are working towards being in Folkestone , Noel’s home town.
