Come and join us for our seventh Sand and Stone Sessions gig! These bi-monthly nights will feature performances from Sand and Stone and some of the amazing artists we have met along the way.
For this month’s Sessions we welcome back our good friend Thomas Ashby, this time with his band! We have played alongside Thomas a few times this summer and can’t want to do it again.
Thomas Ashby’s aesthetic pulls from folk, blues, and jazz to paint vivid pictures of contemporary life. His soaring vocals, delving lyricism, and deft, playful guitar work have led to national airplay, with reviews marking him as one of UK folk’s dark horses.
Where: The Music Workshop
Doors: 7pm
Sand and Stone will be performing a set at 7.45pm, followed by Thomas Ashby and his band at 9pm.
Tickets are £8, with a third of all sales being donated to a UK based conservation charity who work help to protect the beautiful world we live on.
We hope to see some new and old faces coming down to enjoy the music and have a bit of a boogie
