Sopranos Emily Wrigley, Annabel Bigland and Molly Joynson recently graduated from Trinity-Laban Conservatoire. We invited Emily – who is Folkestone born-and-bred and is now working for Folkestone New Music – to ask friends to join her for a Sunday morning recital at kollectiv. We are delighted that Annabel and Molly are joining her and very grateful to Matt Shipton for agreeing to be the accompanist.

Between 2001 and 2007 the Maggini Quartet performed and recorded 10 specially written string quartets by Peter Maxwell Davies. Canterbury Christ Church University, where the Magginis had a residency, collected a major archive of the whole project, including recordings of performances, rehearsals, and workshops.
