Shapeshifter Productions is a performing arts charity that actively engages communities in arts projects that enhance health and well-being & quality of life. Since 2011, The Smiling Sessions musicians have been visiting care homes and sheltered housing to share high quality singing sessions with isolated and vulnerable senior adults in the comfort of their own.
We all now know how the power of music impacts on health and well-being.
During Music in May, The Smiling Sessions will be running at Sunflower House for people 60+ years, friends and family, to come and sing all your favourite songs, from way back, with Smiling musicians, Alison, Neil and Pete, make friends over a cuppa and have some fun. Live music and large print songbooks provided.
